I’m a licensed clinical social worker in the states of Kentucky and Indiana. My passion is helping women reclaim the parts of themselves that may have been lost as we try to balance it all. We live in a world where we find that it's increasingly hard to live up to others' ideas of who we should be. We "should" ourselves until we're not even sure what we want out of life anymore. Until one day we realize we've lost ourselves. As someone who has made it to the other side of burnout, I can say there is a different way to approach life.
